The Mermaid Breakfast at Ripley’s Aquarium is a fin-tastic way to start your day!

The best way to start your day in Myrtle Beach is by having breakfast with real life mermaids!

It’s the summer of mermaids at Ripley’s Aquarium in Myrtle Beach!  You can even start your day with a Mermaid Breakfast and it could be the most mer-mazing thing we’ve ever seen!

Your day starts with pancakes, bacon, fruit, and all kinds of delicious treats.  We caught up with Mermaid Velaris who says her favorite food is seaweed salad, but she hears bacon is the quite delicious!  She also shared with us that during breakfast, you’ll get to meet a real life mermaid to ask them any questions you might have.  We heard some good questions while we were visiting.  Like, “how old are you?”  Mera the mermaid was 119 and said she swam many across many seas to come meet everyone at Ripley’s Aquarium and prove once and for all, mermaids are actually real.

Following breakfast, you’ll get a private mermaid show in Ray Bay.  You’ll then get to head upstairs and actually meet the mermaids that swam with the sharks and sting rays as well as pet sting rays yourself.

For the summer of mermaids, Ripley’s Aquarium also offers mermaids camps!  You can check out the info below:

You’ll even get to take shell-fies with the mermaids after the show!  For the show schedule, see below.
