Homemade Cranberry Sauce. After you try this recipe, you’ll never use the can again!

We've all been guilty of using canned cranberry sauce. Once you try this simple and delicious recipe, you'll never go back!

No Thanksgiving is complete without it.  Homemade Cranberry Sauce will make you a boss at Thanksgiving this year.  We stopped in at Croissants Bistro and Bakery in Myrtle Beach to see how it’s done.  We were pleasantly surprised that you don’t have to be a pro in the kitchen to make all of your sauce dreams a reality.  This simple recipe only calls for 3 main ingredients, plus a few herbs a spices.  Watch to see just how easy it is!


  • 3 Pounds Cranberries
  • 2 Cups Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • Herb sachet including 3 cinnamon sticks, Thyme, Rosemary, Bay Leafs, 6 Cloves
  • Orange Zest

Cook at a medium high heat for the first 10 minutes, then reduce to medium to low heat for 15-20 minutes.  Allow to cool in the fridge overnight.  Then add Orange zest to the top.
