Yep, you read that right. This SC farm features tons of miniature animals and our heart is basically a puddle.
For as long as he can remember, it’s been Scott Thompson’s dream to farm and share the fun each fall season with local families. For 9 years, he managed the family farm. In 2019, he opened up Thompson Farm at Brickyard Plantation in Conway for the first time ever. The farm is located at 100 Brickyard Pl, Conway, SC 29527. Thompson says the property became available and he knew it was a perfect fit for his vision. Set on 156 acres, with a lot of land that backs up to the water, he said this would be the perfect backdrop for hayrides and history lessons.
One of our favorite things about the farm? The miniature animals! Thompson says they put a lot of work into picking the right ones. The farm will feature over 35 animals for you to meet. The mini animals include mini goats, baby doll sheep, and even a miniature donkey. Not only will you be able to meet the adorable animals, you can actually go inside the fence and interact like never before. Thompson says he wanted to go bigger and better with everything, except the animals. In addition to the mini animals, you can meet a llama, and even buffalo.
