There’s a new food truck in Murrells Inlet, Joshy’s Chameleon Cafe, and it sounds amazing!

What’s not to love about food trucks?  The food is fast, convenient, and you’ll usually find some seriously good chow that you won’t find anywhere else.  Joshy’s Chameleon Cafe is new to Murrells Inlet and based on what we’ve seen, we seriously can’t wait to try it.

You’ll find it parked at the Murrells Inlet Outpost located on the Horry/Georgetown County line.  The menu varies, but you’ll always find fresh options.  Some of the items you’ll be able to enjoy include fresh made tacos, nachos, and salads.  Please excuse us while we casually droll over their strawberry spinach goat cheese salad posted on their Facebook page.

They even have vegetarian options like this Spanish Vegetarian Taco Salad.

And what about the Double Philly Tacos?  According to their Facebook page, these tacos come with “shaved Ribeye cooked to order with sauteed onions, spinach, topped with nacho cheese, cilantro, and sriracha all wrapped in a flour tortilla shell for $10!!! Add a house made and filtered pineapple water for just $2. Always fresh, and willing to adapt to your tastebuds…”
