The Boathouse in Myrtle Beach will offer a delicious brunch menu including Banana Bread French Toast. Come along with us and learn how it's made!
The Boathouse in Myrtle Beach is a fun hangout located right on the Intracoastal Waterway. From Free Show Friday to the Independent Republic Brewing Company Beer Garden, there truly is something for everyone. Plus, your taste buds are in for a treat! For the first time ever, the Boathouse is now offering a Brunch Menu on Saturday and Sunday. You’ll find delicious breakfast favorites from Crab Cake Benedict to traditional bacon, eggs, and pancakes. One of their most popular and unique menu items? Banana Bread French Toast.
Owner Misty Coan says this is her specialty. It’s a big hit at their sister restaurant, Lulu’s Cafe. Once you try it for yourself, you’ll understand why. Coan says she takes her Grandma’s famous Banana Bread recipe, coats it in a special egg wash, and grills it up. This dish is served warm and topped with bananas, walnuts, powdered sugar, and whipped cream, and syrup on the side.
In addition to delicious brunch menu items, the bar has a lot to offer as well. You’ll be able to enjoy a wide variety of mimosas, specialty cocktails, and one of the largest Bloody Mary bars you’ve ever seen. The bar has over 20 toppings to offer. It’s not a bad way to celebrate your SC Weekend!
