Free Meals for Veterans

Many restaurants in our area are offering veterans and active duty service members free or reduced meals on Veterans Day.  Below is a list of just some of the restaurants:

CentraArchy Restaurants

As grateful Americans recognize the work and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans, CentraArchy Restaurants once again offers veterans their service. Any U.S. veteranor active duty military member is invited to enjoy a FREE entree Sunday, November 11, at any CentraArchy restaurant location.*

Visit *New York Prime, California Dreaming,Carolina Roadhouse, or Gulfstream Café on Sunday, November 11, 2018 with a valid military ID or proof of service to enjoy a free entrée from the regular dinner menu (excluding AQ items, Porterhouse, alcohol and tax, dine-in).

On Sunday, Nov 11 California Dreaming is honoring veterans and active duty military service members with a free entrée.

Carolina Road House – Myrtle Beach, SC

Golden Corral

Over the past 17 years, Golden Corral is proud of the U.S. military members who defend our country and our rights, and we honor them every year with a special thank you dinner at our Military Appreciation Night. As of 2017, we have served nearly 5.4 million free meals to our active duty and retired military heroes. But our commitment does not stop there. Over the past 17 years, Golden Corral restaurants and their guests together have raised over $14 million dollars for Disabled American Veterans.


At Applebee’s® we welcome veterans all year long, but on Veterans Day we show our continued thanks by offering veterans and active duty military a free meal. Join us next year on Veterans Day, November 11th, 2018, as we continue the tradition.

Friendly’s Free Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner
Friendly’s is treating veterans and active military, with a valid military ID or honorable discharge card, to a free dine-in breakfast, lunch or dinner from select menus on Veteran’s Day 11-11-2018.

Texas Roadhouse
On Sunday, November 11th, select from a free special veterans lunch menu including a beverage and sides.

Wild Wing Cafe
Military veterans, retirees, and active duty are offered a complimentary meal. Veteran may choose from any Awesome Salad, Wild Wrap, Beefy Burger or Chicken Sandwich. Please show proof of military service. Valid all day on 11.11 at participating locations.

On Monday, Nov. 12, Denny’s will honor the nation’s servicemen and women with a special Veterans Day offer. America’s Diner invites active, inactive and military personnel into its booths nationwide to enjoy a FREE Build Your Own Grand Slam from 5 a.m. to noon.

Saturday November 10th at 90 Public Square in Darlington there will be a meal honoring our Veterans. The event starts at 9am and goes until 1p and is open to the public.
Nothing says “Thank You” like an incredible breakfast and Shoney’s is going to prove it, as the iconic all-American restaurant brand will thank our nation’s veterans and troops with a FREE All You Care To Eat, Freshly Prepared Breakfast Bar when Veterans Day is being observed as a federal holiday: Monday November 12, 2018 from open – 11 am.
Dunkin’ will once again celebrate Veterans Day with a sweet salute to those who serve our country. On Sunday, November 11, at participating Dunkin’ restaurants nationwide including the Carolinas, veterans and active duty military are eligible to receive a free donut of their choice with no purchase necessary, while supplies last. Limit one per customer.
