Alabama is headlining CCMF this year and got their start at this iconic spot in Myrtle Beach

Come along with us to The Bowery in Myrtle Beach to hear stories of country super group Alabama's humble beginnings.

There’s been a lot of excitement about Alabama coming back to their roots and headlining at the Carolina Country Music Fest this year.  The artists got their start back in the ’70’s at The Bowery in Myrtle Beach.

We paid a visit to The Bowery and took a look at their humble beginnings, right here along our Myrtle beach shoreline.  Come along with us as Bowery owner, Victor Shamah shares some of the stories on how they got their start and made it big following their time as the house band.  It just so happens that this is a special year not only for Alabama, but for The Bowery as well.  Alabama celebrates their 50th Anniversary this year and The Bowery celebrates their 75th.
